Who we share your information with

To prepare a quote, we share your trip details with a small number of FAA-certificated air charter operators who can fulfill your request. We share only what is necessary for them to price the trip: origin and destination, dates, passenger count, and any special requirements. We do not share your phone number or email address with operators unless you ask us to.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Call recording

Calls to our office may be recorded for quality assurance and training. If a call is recorded, we will tell you at the start of the conversation. You can ask us to stop recording at any time, and we will comply.

How long we keep your information

We retain quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with legal obligations. Typically, we keep records for seven years. After that, we delete or anonymize the information.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
